Ford is appealing a jury verdict in favor of the firm's clients. In April of 2009, a federal jury returned a verdict in favor of Erica Hoffman, our client, on her strict liability and negligence claims and awarded her $15,000,000 in economic damages, $1,500,000 in non-economic damages, and $1,500,000 in damages for physical impairment and disfigurement.
